Stress is a fact of everyday life!

Controlled by our subconscious mind, it is our individual response to a stressful event. It stimulates activity and creativity and adds excitement and "Spice" to our lives. As such, we should certainly not be looking to eliminate it.

 

Too much stress, however, can have serious implications for our physical, mental and spiritual health and it can well be that stress that is positive for one person, can be negative for another. So as well as respecting the dangers of stress, you can learn to harness its benefits.

 

Hypnosis is a normal, natural state of deep relaxation and concentration with heightened awareness induced by suggestion. It is a state that we naturally enter many times a day when we allow our mind to wander or we visualise how a social event may pan out - or even when someone describes something to you and you mentally "see" the image.
